Aw Eng Keong 2008-06-27 until 2008-06-30	Grand Diamond Suites Hotel, Petchburi Road Hotel is located at a very convenient spot surrounded by shopping centres especially wholesale shopping centres; a paradise for ladies. The interior of the hotel is a bit older than what it appears on most web sites but overall am very glad with the stay. Will stay here again for next visit.	Have doubts initially about booking through online cos it s the first time and there are fears about reliability but Sawadee.com had made the booking a hassle free and easy one. Will definitely book through online again for subsequent visits.
Chai Kow Sin 2008-06-27 until 2008-06-29	Grand Diamond Suites Hotel, Petchburi Road pleasant stay, good breakfast, nice room especially the toilet. 2 TV, microwave, cooking stove, suitable for family. close to pratunam shopping area. lots of hawkers and 7-11 around. convenient. slightly overpriced.	this is my second online bangkok hotel booking. luckily it was a smooth experience. my last bangkok booking with first hotel was a nightmare. it took me 6 month to get my refund despite all paper are in place. scare me.
Lam Wang Ching 2008-06-26 until 2008-06-30	Grand Diamond Suites Hotel, Petchburi Road Ideal location. The room is clean and comfy. The only thing I have to complain about the hotel is the security. They will give you the key card of the room without asking for your id. Also, they will enter the room even when the do not disturb card is hung on the door. My friend and I went out and hung the Do not disturb sign on the door. When we returned from our trip, there was a bouquet of flower(someone sent it to my friend) in the room. Apparently, the flower sender just entered the room when no one answered the door bell. They could have left the flowers at the reception and a message on our door. When we asked the recptionist, she just claimed that she didn t know anything as she just reported to work!	Booking service is excellent. Fast and easy.
Wu Sharon Anne 2008-06-24 until 2008-06-26	Grand Diamond Suites Hotel, Petchburi Road I always stay at Grand Diamond cos of it s good location. Walking distance to pratunam market, Central World Plaza, Siam Paragon, Erawan Shrine. Now they even offer shuttle service to Central World. The reception and bellboys are all very helpful. Will definately stay here again for my next trip to BKK in Jan.	Always great! With fast replies.
Steven Harrison 2008-06-15 until 2008-06-18	Grand Diamond Suites Hotel, Petchburi Road Very good location, about 5 mins walk from Siam Square and about 10 mins to the nearest sky train stop. Very clean rooms and good value as the breakfast is amazing (no need for lunch!)	Very good and fast
Lee Sek Wee 2008-06-04 until 2008-06-06	Grand Diamond Suites Hotel, Petchburi Road The room was well kept, the beakfast spreads were vey wide last but not least those staff who served us were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend your hotel to friends.	Easy to access.

Unfortunately, the receptionist at the front office were rude and unfriendly especially towards asians. The condition of room was clean. However the hot water shower selection never work at all. The bedroom don t seem to have any aircond outlet (shared with living room)therefore cannot close bedroom door to sleep. Breakfast was so so only and same spread throughout. The hotel s only saving grace were the bell-hops and coffee house staffs (8th floor), they were very friendly, courteous & helpful. Front office staffs should learn from them.	Booking was ok, although had some misunderstanding initially.
Lee Yen Ping 2008-05-22 until 2008-05-25	Grand Diamond Suites Hotel, Petchburi Road The location was excellent as we want to shop at Platinum mall!! Both rooms are clean but i wonder why 1 room is indefinately much smaller than the other room although we booked the same category!The breakfast was good but it was same thruout the 4 mornings!The only down side of the hotel is the reception where there was 3 very unpleasant staff..to asians at least!!When we asked them directions and some questions on local massage spa,one of them even answer DONT KNOW before we finish speaking!Then all 3 of them start chatting with each other til we request the phone directory, to which they just dumped on the table!Our next horror was when and english man asked them directions to bus station...they attended to him as if he is the only guest who is paying real money!!That was down right racist isn;t?? and yet they themselves are ASIANS too!!!	SAWADEE.com is really efficient and good at their reservation. Keep up the good work!

We will very please with the room services and the room itself. Overall it is a nice place to stay but there can be a slight improvement that is telling the tourist what the hotel provide and what service it has and breakfast should change slightly everyday.	Booking from Chiangdao.com is easy and fast response.
