Construction & Renovation Projects :
1. Next door construction is taking place for 8 months (approximately) from Apr.21,2008 onwards
- First stage is foundation and building construction which may effect with major noise only 4 months
- Second stage from Sep.2008 onwards interior decoration may take place with minor noise effect
2. Hotel renovation such as repainting, restaurant`s roof replacement will take place for a couple week from Apr.21,2008 onwards
