Phi Phi Hotel, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach Very good hotel. All the mod cons you would expect - except that it does not have a lift!! |
Excellent. Totally reccommend it. |

Phi Phi Hotel, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach The hotel was very average and for the price the rooms definately need an upgrade. My husbands duvet cover was torn and despite asking for it to be changed for the six nights we were there it was never done. The rooms were never cleaned properley and the hotel has a terrible problem with blocked surage. Our toilet was blocked for 3 days with little concern from the hotel. We had to ask for toilet paper and to have tea and coffee replaced. We had young boys staying in the room between ourselves and our daughters and they entertained ladyboys every night. There seemed to be no control over who came in and out of the hotel. On the positive side the hotel is well situated and close to the markets and beaches. I would not choose to say at Phi Phi again as it is really commercalised and very busy with all the day trippers coming in on the boats. |
Sawadee service was good. No complaints |

Phi Phi Hotel, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach Excellent hotel close to the pier and both beaches, and with a room on the top floor the view is magnificent. Very good breakfast and very friendly staff. |
No complaints, always quick response. |

Phi Phi Hotel, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach I stayed at Phi Phi Hotel one night. The hotel staff were professional, the room was clean and spacious, and the location is great and central and very close to the pier. But that also means loud music can be heard from nearby bars at night until late. |
My request for top floor was not communicated to the hotel. Otherwise, I am extremely happy with Sawadee.com reservation process. |

Phi Phi Hotel, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach We had booked the coral bungalow at Phi Phi Relax Resort many months in advance. After spending those months reading any review we could find we started to fear our choice as some reviews were unfavourable. In our opinion it was amazing! Spacious and clean bungalow 20 metres from a great snorkelling beach as promised. Our only complaint would be the food. It was ok, but if you love real Thai food, market/street style, then you will be disappointed and because of the isolation you are at their mercy. Staff were lovely and the service was excellent. Tours available were good. All round fantastic place and we d love to return. |
Booking service for the resort and also the transfers from Krabi airport worked well. |

Phi Phi Hotel, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach Should I come back to Phi Phi I would stay again at Phi Phi hotel. Decent accomodation. Breakfast is OK. 2 min. walk to the peer. No noise and stinky smell from the diesel engines of the longtail boats anyway. |
No complaints during reservation.
Good support from Ploy also during the problems at Suvarnabhumi. |

Phi Phi Hotel, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach Nice, middleclass hotel with good location. A bit small swimmingpool area and no services in the pool or lobby area. (drinks etc.) |
As good as possible. ;) |

Phi Phi Hotel, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach The PP hotel is in a very convenient location on PP island, 2 minutes of walking to the pier and 5 minute of walking to each side of the beaches. However, I would happy to choose another less famous hotel, maybe a lodge, which can provide smiling receiption and cosy bed and room! The bed is too hard to sleep on. |
