Theresa Brown 2008-11-10	Phi Phi Banyan Villa, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach Great location, close to the ferry dock and close to the longtail boats and shops. There are building works going on next door at the moment, but it didn t bother us too much. The rooms are a bit on the older side, but still fine if your staying short term.	Quick and easy.
Zhou Tian 2008-08-19	Phi Phi Banyan Villa, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach Horrible hotel! It is not a resort but a construction site. I guess at least the construcion will last for 3-4 months. The location is convenient but not good scenary. The receptionist was not interested in working at all. She kept a lot of guests waiting and service attitude is worst I have seen in Thailand (not only to me but also to a lot of other customers). She kept telling you you cannot do this, otherwise you would be fined xx B . Are we going to a prison or a resort? overall, very bad experience. This hotel belongs to phi phi hotel group. When you call yourself a group, you should at least deliver some quality service. But I didn t feel at all during my stay.	I booked 5 times with you but this is the most unpleasant one. I originally booked bay view resort but it was fully booked. Then you recommended phiphi banyan villa. How can you recommend such a construction site to me? Yes, you mentioned in your website there is construction during this period. However, you didn t mentioned to me in the email to me. Since I originally didn t want to book this hotel, so I didn t read hotel introduction carefully. But when I arrived there, I realize this is not a hotel you should have recommended to me. It is a shame.

victoria Lindsay-Smith 2008-08-08	Phi Phi Banyan Villa, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach Banyan Villa is central to both of the amazing beaches on Phi Phi with great shops and bars surrounding. Reception were a bit grumpy but our rooms were just fine for our 2 night stay. Dinning in their beach fish restaurant was a little hard work...noone served us for a good 20 mins and then once served we waited more than an hour and still 2 people didn t get their food!! All around Phi Phi there are building sites for obvious reasons so expect some amount of construction, but without a doubt Phi Phi is the most amazing island in Thailand.	Quick and easy to us. Perfect everytime!

La piscina es más pequeña de lo que parece la foto. Aún así, no es lo más importante ya que la playa no te la acabas. La situación es buena, ya que está cerca del muelle del ferry y en plena zona de vidilla. Lo mejor sin duda, el restaurante que da a la misma bahía, y donde da gusto desayunar, comer o cenar con la vista al mar. La habitación está bastante bien.
john reilly 2008-07-31 until 2008-08-02	Phi Phi Banyan Villa, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach This hotel is not ready to have guests. There is alot of construction work going on. The pool is full of insects, to have a swim you need to clear away some of the stuff. The best thig was that I had only booked for 2 nights and then stayed in the Cabana hotel which I would reccommend if staying on Phi Phi.	First we were told it was fully booked and then I called again and there was availability.

I stayed at the Garden Villas and it was worth the extra $10 USD a night. The staff was wonderful and always willing to have a nice chat. The restaurant has a gorgeous view, and having breakfast there every morning was a highlight of the trip. The pool was great, and what can I say, I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitley come back again. I had no issues whatsover, except that I wished I could have stayed longer.	Made booking easy by allowing me to pre-pay the hotel.
Jodine and Julian 2008-06-03 until 2008-06-05	Phi Phi Banyan Villa, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach Everything in phiphi is accessible to everywhere on the island. Phi Phi Banyan is a little run down. The rooms are dark and so are the balconies. They are working on some of it and a hotel next door so there is a bit of noise and smells. It seemed to us that it would have been better to stay in Phi Phi Banyan s sister hotel - Phi Phi Casta. the pool looked nicer and it was closer to the swimming beach. Everything at Banyan was adaquit, although for the price I think we could have done better.
Nurina Anuar 2008-05-21 until 2008-05-24	Phi Phi Banyan Villa, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach Stayed at Banyan Villa, nice hotel with decent rooms. Totally recommended. The only drawback is that the no visitors policy, which we felt to be very restricted. (No visitors after 10pm). We were with a bunch of people and some stayed at Banyan s aother sister hotel P.P Casita. So, if you are with a bunch; stay at one hotel. The restaurant also serves good food, friendly staff and the location is great! opposite a beach (although the famous beach to swim is just a few minutes away which was fine with us)!	Booked via sawadee a few times Ms. Tim and Ms. Kanun have especially been very helpful even booked a taxi for us from Krabi airport to the pier. Highly recommended! Thank you!
Stuart Burrell 2008-05-07 until 2008-05-12	Phi Phi Banyan Villa, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach Bathrooms now in need of upgrading which I think they have a plan to do.Staff effecient and nice. Transfer to pier is good. Overall, Good location right in centre of village and probably worth the money in low season.
