They organised all our taxi departure arrangements and did it with a smile. Rooms were clean and well presented. We would highly recommend this hotel. Sue & Kev	Sawadee was an excellent booking service who responded to any special requests.

Karon beach is relative quite than Patong and very good place for vocation.	I like the website for booking hotel and good price, good introduction, very convenient, quick reply.

Several restaurants right outside hotel on the way to the beach. Try Ging Restaurant (nice service & people). 20 minutes away from Patong =(	Easy.

I have good experiences with booking thru Sawadee.com! ;) this time i got a mail and it sayed stay 4 nigths pay for three.I did and then they called me back later on the phone and say it was a miss,3day pay 4 day stay was not starting b4 next year,hehe,ok i payed the rest...But if it was my company, i would take the miss on me and let the customer stay as what we did say in the first mail.smiiile
Robert Strom 2008-05-05 until 2008-05-12	The Old Phuket Hotel, Karon Beach We spend our time at this hotel in the beginning of low season and because of that the hotel had limited service (for example)limited breakfast and lunchtime) despite the hotel was at least occupied to 50 %. When we had our first lunch at the hotel they wanted to us to pay according to the new meny eventhough we shown an old one. The waitress did not want to change the bill until the manager told her so. Several other times the staff in the reception was unwillingly to help you with out discussion. The manager though was very nice and helpful. Overall got location (close to the beach,restaurants) but the hotel is not worth the cost of staying here (we paid lower price due to low season). Will not stay here again if we visit Karon Beach again.	As always very efficient and good.
Catherine and Patrick 2008-04-23 until 2008-04-26	The Old Phuket Hotel, Karon Beach Stayed in a private spa room for 3 nights and loved it, quiet location, some restaurants and shops within walking distance, Karon beach wonderful, Karon village good for shopping and nightlife. It s only a short walk to the beach, and you can rend a deckchair or sit in the sand. Room was great, modern, with an open-air shower. The staff at reception don t speak such good english but they still go out of their way to work things out. So all in all, a great place, far from the hustle and bustle, nice colonial feel to it. We would definitely go back if staying in phuket.	Great, as usual. Thanks.

Smadar 2008-04-17 until 2008-04-19	The Old Phuket Hotel, Karon Beach We found the best people in this boutiqe hotel, They were very hospitel, & offerd us to stay till the time for our flight, after we left the rooms. the spa rooms were magnificent,next time in phuket - we ll be back to this hotel , it made our staying there - the best ever!!!
