Alexander Nicolaas 2008-08-13 until 2008-08-18	A-ONE The Royal Cruise Hotel, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) Stayed in deluxe room. Mainbuilding. Nice room and splendid seaview. Breakfast was good and the service is great. Minor is the lack of modern utilities concerning internet. You have to pay too much for such a simple action like getting connected. WIFI only in the lobby after you ve gotten the codes from the cashier. No extra costs. I think it s quite an improvement if you have free access to the internet from your room.	The service of sawadee is excellent. Thnx miss Kung

I am not sure that it is the best value in Pattaya, but i guess being right on the beachfront you do pay a premium price. Probably look for a cheaper place next time. But it is a good hotel	Always good, especially as it was only done at the last minute

Great location. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stressfree holiday. This hotel is very well named. A-ONE	We had problems at Discovery Beach hotel but were quickly transfered to A-One.Very good service and will use again

(North) exelent well designed hotel,the service is one of the best we had while visiting Thailand, we loved it and we will definitely recomend staying in A-one royal cruise hotel.	best site ever.fast response and graet service.

(North) From the start I was given a small room to the rear of the hotel although I booked and payed for a Ocian veiw room.I booked the room for two people should my wife return from her family up North I was then told it would be 1000baht extra per night for my wife. I was charged 500baht to use the internet for 30mins and another200baht for a printed page Ie voucher for my next hotel stay in Bangkok. I gave my breakfast voucher to a member of staff but after I had sat down to eat it I was told I had to pay extra because I had more coffee. On the last day of my stay I was imformed that my taxi to the bus station in pattaya would cost 3.200 baht from the hotel.This hotel has only one service that it does well and that is to OVER CHARGE.

(North) very nice resort.everything is catered for.rooms clean &roomy.staff great.breakfast good spread.a little bit out of town for us but we are mad shoppers.for someone to have a relaxing holiday perfect.	all went smoothly as usual.i will always use them.
