YK Lee 2008-03-20 until 2008-03-21	Wang Tai Hotel, Surat Thani The hotel and rooms generally are clean and breakfast was included for the 900+ baht that I paid for. Transportation to Donsak for the Koh Samui ferry was easily arranged through the receptionist as well, who spoke fluent English. As Suratthani was merely a stop for me to Koh Samui I did not have a chance to use the facilities (and comment on them), however.	Very convenient, got my reservation within a few hours.

The rooms are OK but need renovating, it may not be the most expensive hotel but large cigarette burn holes in the sofa to not give the best impression :-( Staff friendly and helpful, Evening meal - food OK Breakfast – food OK All in all I would stay there again	Worked great as always

It is a very nice and big hotel with a big lounge, with coffeebar etc. The room was very big and clean with a three sit and a two sits chair. The restaurant was good with live music. We would go there again.	fast and quickly

We send VERY SPECIAL THANKS to Charchoi on the front desk who gave us so much help in hiring a car and making us feel very welcome. Please give him a promotion! The air conditioning in our room was very noisy but not as noisy as the animals in the jungle at Kao Sok National Park where we spent 10 wonderful days and nights. All of the staff were very lovely. Dirk 2007-08-01 until 2007-08-02	Wang Tai Hotel, Surat Thani comparing the price and what you get, it is o.k.! But be aware: the best is the outer facade and the lobby, inside the rooms in 2nd floor and the restaurant have very much used furnature and it looks not really clean. The breakfest buffet is most likely asia food, but not the best one I have seen. To stay there for a night is o.k., but I can not recommend it for extended stays. The Tuktuk taxis are low cost and so you might go to the city easily.	no problems, works fine!

We had minor problems with finding individuals that spoke english well enough to help get us to the bus station, but were eventually able to figure it out on our own.	Efficient
