Daniela 2005-12-27 until 2005-12-28	Grand Saowaluk Hotel, Surat Thani I would not recommend to anybody to go to Suratthani nor to stay at the Grand Saowaluk Hotel. The room was clean but very taddy and smelly. The hotel is 2 kilometers out of the center. The reception staff hardly does not speak English and are therefore unable to call a taxi. The only way to get a taxi is to wait on the street sourrounded by rather unfriendly looking dogs. The breakfast was attacked by flies and everything else than appealing to us. Luckily we did not have to stay on ourselves during the night - Lizards were our guests.
Dang Ooppapan 2004-08-27 until 2004-08-29	Grand Saowaluk Hotel, Surathani, Surat Thani Me, my wife and our daughter walked up toward the hotel with our luggages, as soon as a bellman see us, he dashed out and assisted and we didn t see our luggages again until we arrived to our room, our breakfast and dinner were included, all you can eat. Surathani is very nice, quiet city. If anyone plans to visit Surathani, please check out this hotel. We liked it.	easy and worry free
