Kaitlin van Leeuwen 2008-03-21 until 2008-03-23	Down Town Inn, near Night Bazaar, Loy Kroh You truly do get what you pay for. The pool is very small and not very appealing. Many of the rooms reak of cigarette smoke and the hotel tried giving us a room with 2 beds when we booked a room with one bed. The staff wasn t that friendly and when we asked to use the phone to see if our flight was ontime, they wanted to charge us a lot of baht. Throughout my 11 months of travelling in Thailand and surrounding countries, this was probably the worst hotel I stayed at. The only good thing about this hotel is its convenient location to the night market.	Sawadee.com is easy and safe to use. I have used this service several times and have never had any problems.

Not sure what to add, besides saying I would certainly return to Downtown Inn next time in Chiang Mai!	Very efficient and safe service. The hotels page of www.kohsamui-info.com allows, with its doubled links, to quickly find a hotel anywhere in Thailand. The best reservation service!

CHEN SHIAN LEONG 2007-12-27 until 2007-12-28	Down Town Inn, near Night Bazaar, Loy Kroh Hotel is clean and really close to nightly hot spot. Extra Bed costs 300B yet doesn t include breakfast (costs me extra 150B). The hotel s pool is clean and had a chilly swim in the morning.	Fast & Easy & Secure. What can I say somemore, it s efficient. They response to you even during non-working hours.
Robert Hochman 2007-11-12 until 2007-11-19	Down Town Inn, near Night Bazaar, Loy Kroh The location and general service were great at the hotel, but the small twin beds was not very comfortable at all. Breakfast was very good and had a good selection. Only blemish was upon checkout when management falsely claimed I owed 800 baht for a long distance call to Hawaii, and showed me a computer log of the call, which was nonsense. Only after about 10 minutes of my firmly insisting no local or international calls were ever made, and my Thai friend clearly stating to them in Thai that I had my own mobile with long distance did the manager relent and said I would not be charged. Whether this was a computer error, the cleaning people making a call, or a scam - I can t say, but it did sully an otherwise flawless experience.	Sawadee.com was exceptional to deal with! They were responsive to emails, the prices quoted were great, and the arrangements were seamless. I will always use them in the future, as service by them could not be better!!

Breakfast could be improved but otherwise stay there very enjoyable. wouldmstay again	very easy with sawadee no problems at all. will use again
