Uma Devi Vel 2008-07-01 until 2008-07-04	Windsor Suites Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 The only thing good about this hotel is the lobby. The rooms are very sub standard. They were very smelly. They do not reflect the online pictures. The breakfast buffet is ok.	The booking service Sawadee.com was very user friendly and helpful. Need to update pictures to reflect current conditions of the hotels.
Massimo Massarola 2008-06-28 until 2008-07-06	Windsor Suites Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 Our family of three persons has stayed for 8 nights at the Windsor Suites hotel. We stayed in a Counsellor Suite Room on a middle floor. The room is big but furnishing is to old, - a small bedroom with TV & a separate small study area which had its own TV, therefore 2 TV s in the room. Bathroom was just ok.. The pool is on the 14th floor and is a nice area to relax., but be careful before to buy a drink ( this is a rip-off Over 600bath for 3 beer).The breakfast was very good. The hotel staff are friendly & the hotel has all services. The hotel is located in the heart of Bangkok in the Sukhumvit area about 200 meters from Asoke MRT&skytrain Station.. A nice place to stay but I ll probably look at other options next time.	Excellent..

Very good location, close to BTS and MRT. Great breakfast. Polite staff, helps you with everything you need. Been i Bangkok several times and for me this is the best hotel.	Sawadee.com is always simple to use and it always works out well. Thanks!

Michael Reidar Jürgensen & Chalalai Jürg 2008-03-19 until 2008-03-24	Windsor Suites Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 Hotel is very good central located, reception and breakfast staff not so friendly as they use to be (we have stayed here many times), the size of the suites are good, rooms are though showing clear signs of being tired and is in a need of an update/refresh. I am though sure we will be back!	Excellent service!

We have stayed several times with quite a large group for the International Youth Rugby Tournament	Easy to do. I requested ajoining rooms - these were not available and initially they didn t try to even put the family on the same floor. When questioned they foun rooms opposite! - not sure they had even read our initial request.
Andrew Jewell 2008-01-31 until 2008-02-01	Windsor Suites Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 I ve always liked this hotel and it is my hotel of choice in BKK for the following reasons: 1) Friendly efficient reception 2) Roomy and comfortable accommodation. 3) Location - easy walk Asoke BTS 4) Cleanliness 5) Value for money 6) Breakfast 7) Knockout atrium 8) Good pool	First class, absolutely no problems.
